What we collect

What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message. We use it to answer you.

Your account: email address, username, phone number and anything else you add to your profile. Your password is stored only as a hash.

Your shipment requests: the product link, description, dimensions and delivery address. We need them to quote and deliver.

A session cookie that keeps you signed in, a security cookie for forms and a cookie that remembers your language.

Ordinary web-server records: the page requested, the time, your browser's user agent and your IP address. We keep them to run and debug the site.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data.

We do not use it to build advertising profiles. This site loads no advertising trackers.

Who else sees it

Carriers and customs brokers receive the details they need to move and clear your cargo.

Cloudflare carries the traffic to this site and sees each request.

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and styles from cdn.tailwindcss.com, so those services see your IP address.

Email we send you goes through an email delivery provider.

New requests may be forwarded to our team's Telegram chat.

How long we keep it

Messages and shipment requests: for as long as we may need them to deal with questions, claims or accounting obligations.

Server records: a short rolling window, then they are discarded.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. These rights come from the GDPR and Cyprus data-protection law and do not depend on anything on this page.
