Prices and quotes

The calculator and the tariff chart show estimates. The price you pay is the one in the quote we confirm to you.

A request you send is not a contract. A contract exists only once we have both confirmed the quote.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates unless we have told you otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for describing your cargo correctly. We do not carry hazardous goods, perishables or live animals.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for what the law says we are responsible for. Nothing on this page removes or reduces your statutory rights as a consumer, our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or our liability for fraud. None of these can be excluded, and we are not trying to exclude them.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows it, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors.
